The main objective of the project was to improve the systems and optimize the processes of public administration.
In the first phase, it was possible to thoroughly map and analyze the existing processes and methodologies down to the level of internal management acts. The second phase involved the design of new unified processes.
The project output was a proposal for a new, optimized process and unified methodological management with the involvement of Public Authorities to ensure central management of state finances.
Process mapping, detailed analysis, and approved proposal of state economic processes were necessary steps for the implementation of the Central Economic System.
